Gabo, Marcel, Ivan and me - we started our Journey to Warsaw in Trencin at 4.30 a.m. We took some gas and had crossed the border Skalite/Zwardon. The journey was damned long. Just to Warsaw it was 450 km. But, we are ready to do for our favourites everything, are not we? We got to Warsaw at 02 p.m. We left our car on the parkingspot, took just couple of things and went to the place, where the gig suposed to take place. There were only few people at the front of the stage that time, except British fans - those girls saw probably every gig :-)

We were waiting at the front of the stage since 2.30 p.m. till 8.00 p.m. The group Sistars and Myslovitz have played on the stage during that time - they are better known by Polish fans. Finally - at 08 p.m. it has come. The guys appeared on the stage and they were welcomed by more then 50 000 fans. The first song - HUNGRY LIKE THE WOLF has started the great gig. I have to say - that Andy was sick - and that´s why guitar player Dom Brown was playing instead. And he did good. Duran Duran played one great song after another, and at the end - as an adittional it was Girls On Film / Rio. We liked Sound Of Thunder with Hold Back The Rain the most.

The guys have played an awesome gig. After that - we met our Italian Friends: Cristian, Giorgio, Paola, their son and couple of other people. We took some pictures, talked about some details and say bye - again. It was a very nice meeting. Then we met our Polish Friends. Especially a meeting with my Friend El Diablo really made my day. A little bit later we met our Hungarian Friends - and Tomket as well. We left Warsaw full of nice memories. It was a long way ahead and a long driving, but in our hearts we had something - which is worthy of driving even through the whole world - DURAN DURAN ! See You all in BRATISLAVA !!!
